Experience natural healing and improved wellness through expert care
With chiropractic we aim to encourage the body's own natural healing capabilities by using a selection of specific and evidence based manual therapies. We look at the body as a whole factoring in lifestyle changes in order to effect lasting change.
Our Approach
My practice goes beyond spinal adjustments. I use a range of treatment modalities, as I find a combined approach to be the most effective when addressing modern-day health concerns. These include joint mobilisations, soft tissue techniques, dry needling, acupuncture, cupping, and tailored exercise prescription to provide a balanced, comprehensive approach to care. I believe great results come from clear steps, open collaboration, and a shared sense of purpose.
Comprehensive chiropractic care focused on diagnosis, assessment, and correction of neuromuscular conditions to enhance your wellbeing
-
Care designed to optimise nervous system function, helping the body to communicate effectively and heal naturally from within.
-
Addressing physical, chemical, and emotional stressors that affect your health. We treat the whole person, not just symptoms.
-
Proactive approach to health maintenance, preventing issues before they develop and promoting long-term vitality and wellbeing.
Spinal adjustments are gentle, effective techniques designed to restore joint mobility by creating more space within the joints. This helps improve range of motion and supports clearer communication within the nervous system.
Spinal Adjustments
An ancient therapeutic technique designed to restore balance and promote optimal energy flow along meridian pathways. Acupuncture supports the body’s natural healing processes, encourages relaxation, and improves overall system function.
Acupuncture
A structured and therapeutic approach to movement aimed at restoring functional mobility, improving cardiovascular health, and cultivating ease and resilience within the body.
Clinical yoga
A widely used technique aimed at reducing muscle tension by reducing myofascial trigger points. It increases the bodies healing capacity.
Dry needling
Our Services
Diagnosis and treatment involves a comprehensive health history, detailed clinical examination, and a full explanation of the condition, culminating in the development of an appropriate treatment plan.
Each 30-minute treatment session follows a pre-determined treatment plan and may include multiple therapeutic modalities, with chiropractic adjustments prioritised.
This session emphasises movement-based care, developing an individualised sequence tailored to the patient’s body and any existing injuries. Treatment may include physical manipulation and manual bodywork techniques.

Dr Amelia Rosin
Lead Chiropractor
I’ve always been curious and drawn to understanding the complexity of the human body. Although I knew I wanted to work in healthcare, the traditional “white coat” path didn’t feel right. Discovering chiropractic as a teenager changed everything—it combined hands-on care, detailed diagnosis, mechanical problem-solving, and a deeper connection to the body in a way that aligned with how I wanted to help others.
Alongside my chiropractic training, I’ve pursued advanced study in acupuncture and dry needling to better support the body’s natural healing processes. I recognize that care isn’t one-size-fits-all and am committed to guiding patients to the right resources when needed. My continued study of yoga, particularly clinical yoga, has further shaped my approach—blending intentional movement with healing to empower patients toward purposeful, lasting well-being.
